Annino Strength & Conditioning has been committed to changing lives in our community, through strength, since we were first established in 2017. We offer a supportive and welcoming environment free from big egos, attitudes, crowds, and chaos. Our community is one of friends, families, and neighbors with a culture centered around fun and hard work. We founded our gym with the intention of being like a second home to our members. Work with a Certified Starting Strength Coach

Annino Strength & Conditioning Is owned and managed by New England's first Starting Strength Coach. We place a strong emphasis on teaching the correct execution of the basic barbell movements. These movements, combined with proper programming, are what drives strength adaptation most effectively. Strength is the most important physical adaptation that one can develop because it transcends the other physical categories such as speed, power, endurance, balance, and coordination. Strength is a vital component to a healthy, functioning you.

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Reach your goals in less time!

60 Minute Session: meet one-on-one with one of our knowledgeable and talented personal trainers. We will work with you to create a personalized program specifically designed to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.

30 Minute Session: A great option for the time-crunched client. Our 1/2 hour sessions offer the same level of personalized programming, as our 1 hour sessions, but in a format designed to fit your busy schedule.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING RATES

STARTING STRENGTH COACHING

$100 per hour 

Schedule a private session with a certified Starting Strength Coach, you’ll learn to properly and safely perform the basic barbell lifts that form the foundation of an effective strength training program. You'll get in-depth instruction on the squat, press, bench, deadlift or power clean. 

Whether you're a new lifter looking for a detailed exposure to the Starting Strength method or a more experienced trainee in need of a technique tune-up, don't wait until you're hurt or stuck. Expert instruction from a certified, experienced coach will help you do it right from day one and avoid the all-too-common mistakes and setbacks that lead to stalled progress, frustration, injuries and wasted time in the gym.

6-Pack: $55 each

12-Pack: $50 each

ASC is my home away from home. I have belonged to a few gyms before, but none even come close to comparing to the experience I have had at ASC. All of the trainers pour their hearts into their work and truly love what they do. It's obvious from the moment you walk through the doors. They are invested in you, and really want to see all of their clients succeed. I have had the unique experience of bringing my 2-year-old daughter with me when I attend barbell classes. (She's actually been coming since she was born!) She LOVES going to the gym and on days that we don't go, she asks if we can. With ASC's support, I have been able to introduce fitness as a way of life to her at such a young age, which is absolutely priceless. We welcomed our second child (a boy!) last week and I can't wait to start taking him to classes as well. If you're wondering whether or not you should join, stop wondering. Just do it.
